What grade and subject do you teach?  Third grade all subjects
 

Tell us about your family - I have been married for 34 years to the same wonderful man, Gary.  We have 3 children.  Our oldest daughter is grown and has 2 sons, Bailey age 9,  and Kyle age 5.  Our oldest son is the army.  He is stationed at Ft. Lewis in Taucoma, WA.   He has 2 children, a son Mason, age 7 and a daughter, AshLeigh age 4.  Our youngest son is 17 and attends Monterey High School.

Where were you born and where did you grow up?   I was born at Reese Air Force Base in Lubbock.  I grew up in Germany, El Paso and Lubbock.

Where did you attend college?  Texas Tech

How long have you been teaching?  Eleven years

How long have you been teaching in Olton?  5 years

Have you always been a teacher, if not what did you do before teaching?  I work in an office before going back to school and getting my degree to teach.

What are your hobbies?  scrapbooking, reading,  and cross stitch

What is your favorite way to relax? doing my hobbies
