 Tell us about your family - Charlotte works as a life skills aide and substitute bus driver. Billy, my oldest son is 21 and lives in Stamford, Texas. He works at the lumber yard in Stamford, Texas and is currently taking 12 hours at Cisco Junior College in Abilene, Texas. Brasten is 14 and attends Olton High School.  We are very proud of our two granddaughters.

 

Where were you born and where did you grow up?   I was born in Abilene, Texas and graduated from Cooper High School in Abilene.

 

Where did you attend college? I attended McMurry University and Hardin Simmons  University in Abilene Texas. I also attended Tarleton State University and Sul Ross State University

 

 How long have you been teaching?  17 years

 

 How long have you been teaching in Olton? I am in my 6th year in Olton

 

 Have you always been a teacher, if not what did you do before teaching?

I was a contractor in Abilene before entering education.

 

 What are your hobbies?  Traveling and work now.

 

 What is your favorite way to relax?   Just take time to do what I want to do.
