 Family– I have been married to Merry Beth since March 18, 1978.  We have two married sons: Jeff and Matthew.  Jeff has two children Barley and Emily – we are grandparents.  We have two dogs: Brutus a 100 pound Doberman and Ed a one-hundred and fifty pound English Mastiff. 

 

Where were you born and where did you grow up? I was born and grew up in Fort Worth, Texas.

Where did you attend college? Hardin-Simmons University, BA ’77, MEd ’79; Texas Tech University, EdD, ‘04/

How long have you been teaching? 35 years

Have you always been a teacher, if not what did you do before teaching? I have always been in Public Education

What are your hobbies? Long walks

 

What is your favorite way to relax? Playing the piano
